this is an article that i submitted for publication, but it never saw the light of day. i am sure the editor was circumspect because he feared that the kkkangress censors and goons would come down on him heavily. but i ask you -- shouldn't the finance minister's and the prime minister's heads roll in the wake of the largest corporate scandal in india in decades? after all, they are supposed to be economists, and the buck is supposed to stop with the chiefs.
